Suffolk’s newest residence hall is also Boston’s first skyscraper and offers unbeatable views for residents and guests. Completed in 1893, the Ames Building at One Court Street is a Romanesque tower that, at 14 stories, qualified as the city’s tallest building when constructed. The building opened as a residence hall for Suffolk students in 2020. 

One Court offers FREE on-site laundry facilities, as well as a communal kitchen. Each living space has its own bathroom. Residents are responsible for maintaining the bathroom, including providing supplies and cleaning the facility. Our One Court Residence Hall also features a Sal's Pizza @ Suffolk location, available to all guests, located on the first floor.
