Anderson Hall is American University's 'traditional' style living option.  At $410/week (four week minimum), Anderson Hall spaces are fitted with a minifridge and microwave, desk, and storage wall.  Rooms in Anderson Hall are single occupancy and are fully furnished with a twin sized bed.  Each floor has one male and one female communal restroom.  All-gender restrooms can be found in the lobby of Anderson hall.  The residence hall is accessible by key cards distributed by American University only, bedroom doors are also key card accessible (only to the individual registered in the room).  A lounge, laundry room, trash room, and kitchen can be found on each floor of the residence hall.
