Upperclass Hall is home to nearly 300 upperclass and graduate students who enjoy suite and apartment living in our only LEED certified residence hall. Any room can be made gender-inclusive. Upperclass Hall suites and apartments have air conditioning with complete in-room control. Every floor has lounges and laundry facilities; laundry cycles can be monitored from your computer and a text message can be sent when your load is complete. The building is handicapped accessible and there is convenient parking just behind the building. 

All suites and apartments have bathrooms. Four person double suite bedrooms include two twin beds, two dressers, two desks and chairs, and two closets. Suite common areas include a couch and a chair, two Microfridges, and a counter top with low cabinets and a sink. 

Four person single apartment bedrooms come with a twin bed, dresser, desk, chair and closet. Apartment common areas include a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, microwave, plentiful cabinets and counter space, and a dining room table and four chairs. There are also a few four person double apartments, which have the same amenities, but two people share each bedroom. T

Upperclass suite double bedrooms are approximately 11’9″ x 14’9″, and suite living rooms are about 11′ x 24′.
