APODMENTS - Yobi Building

  * Are for one person only

  * Each has their own bathroom

  * Each has a microwave and compact refrigerator, plus a sink 

  * Residents share a kitchen outside their apodment with other residents on the floor (a maximum of 11 per floor)

  * Basic kitchen equipment is provided in the shared kitchens

  * No linens are provided (an optional linen package may be purchased)

  * Resident must empty own trash and recycling

  * Resident must submit own maintenance requests

  * Internet provided by Yobi (new network equipment); will be able to log into SU network while on campus

  * Service desk is about three city blocks away

  * Located just off campus (literally next door to a university building)

2025 RATES

$64.66 per night for 42+ nights (we offer a 10% discount for long-term stays)

$71.85 per night for up to 42 nights
