Single Student Residence (SSR) is an apartment-style building that houses graduate and professional students.  Located in Chicago's "Illinois Medical District", SSR is two miles west of downtown Chicago.  Each intern has a private bedroom in an apartment with a shared kitchenette and bathroom within each unit.
