Fraternity and sorority housing at GW is a partnership between the university and each chapter. 

The following chapters have housing open for Summer 2025 at GW:

• Lambda Pi Chi
• Kappa Sigma
• Sigma Alpha Epsilon
• Kappa Alpha Theta

• Chi Omega
• Any National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) chapters
• Kappa Delta
• Sigma Delta Tau
• Alpha Delta Pi
• Alpha Phi

The Summer 2025 housing rate/cost for the Fraternity & Sorority Option is $385 per week per person, with a minimum of 6 weeks of stay.

Greek Housing consists of the following:

• Single occupancy bedrooms within a larger townhouse
• Bedrooms furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, and a wardrobe or closet
• Most townhouses also offer a community kitchen, living and dining room
• An en-suite or community bathroom
• Air conditioning
• Laundry facilities in building – coin operated
