The Buff & Blue Option includes everything in the Monumental option, plus in-unit washers and dryers.

The Summer 2025 housing rate/cost for the Buff & Blue Option is $525 per week per person, with a minimum of 6 weeks of stay.

Amenities in the Buff & Blue Option include:

• In-unit washers and dryers
• Furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, wardrobe or closet, and a dining table and chairs
• Private in-suite bathroom(s)
• A kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator
• Air conditioning
