Residence & Conference Centre – Toronto is a short term and an extended stay hotel alternative, located on the Seneca College Newnham Campus. Our modern facilities are made available to the general public as an affordable, alternative accommodation provider during the summer months (May - August).

Residence & Conference Centre – Toronto at Seneca College Newnham is conveniently located 20 minutes from Downtown Toronto with easy access to both Hwy # 401 and Hwy # 404. Other fun attractions nearby include the Ontario Science Centre and Fairview Mall.

Our spacious long-term stay Toronto accommodation provides you with a two-bedroom suite featuring everything you need to feel at home. Our long-term stay guests receive; 

  • A kitchenette that includes a fridge and microwave (please remember to bring basic utensils)

  • Full housekeeping service included once weekly

Our suites are available from May to August. Each has two separate bedrooms to give guests privacy. Furnished with double beds, A kitchenette (complete with a microwave and refrigerator) allows you to dine in and avoid the added expense of eating at a restaurant every night — all that you will need to bring is a set of utensils and a private three-piece bathroom right within your suite.
