About Us

Spring Semester 2025/Winter Intern Housing Available!

Located in northeast Washington D.C. (only three miles north of the U.S. Capitol) and served by our on campus Metrorail Red Line stop at the Brookland/CUA station, Catholic University is a safe and convenient housing choice. With plenty to do and plenty to offer, your visit and stay in Washington DC for your internship, research placement, co-op, or educational study tour will be well complimented by our beautiful campus, as well as our phenomenal and helpful summer hospitality staff. 

Intern housing begins at Sunday January 12. 2025 and will end on Sunday, August 10, 2025. We offer only single occupancy housing. 

Your $54/night room rate ($60 for apartments) includes access to laundry facilities, fitness center, campus WiFi, daily hot breakfast and/or weekend brunch (except for a few days in May when meals will not be available) , and cable TV access (bring your TV!). All residence spaces are secured with card access-only exteriors. You may also rent linen sets for $75 flat rate, Each rooms comes equipped with a minifridge/microwave unit with separate freezer compartment. Apartments come with full kitchens.

Please note that intern housing is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We will sell out for summer 2024!

Features of our intern housing program include a daily hot breakfast most day and/or weekend brunch, a dedicated intern housing coordinator who serves as your primary liaison during your stay. We also host getting to know you mixers through the summer and conduct informal tours of the city like a nighttime monument tour.
On campus amenities include pool room, basketball courts, fitness center, computer labs, printing services, 24 hour on-call staff, in room microwave and refrigerator, tennis courts, and a Starbucks on campus.
