Campus Town offers fully furnished apartments with each person in a private bedroom, full kitchen with a dishwasher, full-size in unit laundry, all utilities included, Wi-Fi/Cable included, and parking in a gated lot. We have 1, 2, and 4 bedroom apartments- NO community style living. Each intern has an individual short-term lease, and we are a short drive from a lot of companies in the Princeton Area.

The fully furnished apartment incudes:

• Private Bedroom: Full sized bed, Dresser, Built in closet, and Desk with a desk chair
• Kitchen/Laundry: Dining table with chairs, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and washer/dryer
• Living Room: Couch, Armchair (4-bedroom apartments only), Coffee table, and a TV stand with shelving

Residents must provide their own linens, towels, kitchenware, shower curtain, etc.

Our cost is calculated on a nightly rate based on the apartment type. Please see below for further information:

When signing the short-term lease there is a $50.00 Summer Admin Fee, which is non-refundable and is separate from your rent costs. Rent and Summer Admin Fee MUST be paid in full prior to move in.
